Was doing some random browsing when I ran across this little gem. Quite interesting and just a touch on the bizarre side... Leave it to those freaks in NY to come up with some of this stuff...
This is artist Cosimo Cavallaro, explaining his work -- a bed with more than 300 pounds of sliced ham -- at a gallery in New York.

Okay, a bed with sliced ham? I think the guy has inhaled too much car & bus exhaust fumes in the big apple.
But then again New Yorkers seem to do anything for fame.
Yeah there was a woman that did something similar over here (Tracey Emin). All she did was bring a bed to an art gallery, turn the top cover down on it, threw a pile of junk around it and then had the audacity to call it art. That's not art, that's just someone who was too lazy to tidy their bed up! Lol.
